Patient Advocate
The Patient Advocate ensures that patient and family issues and concerns are heard and addressed appropriately and immediately. He investigates and follows-up with hospital staff, billing, insurance companies and physician's offices to facilitate the resolution of issues and concerns to improve patient satisfaction. The two-way communication between the Patient Advocate and Patient is important. The Patient Advocate is one service that demonstrates our committment to our patients with the goal of nurturing their trust and respect.
