Diagnostic & Surgery Center

All Ashland Community Hospital patients, except those with emergencies, register at the Diagnostic and Surgery Center located at the corner of Maple and Chestnut Streets. 

Registration Hours are Monday through Friday, 6 am to 6 pm.

Weekend and After Hours Registration is at the Emergency Department. 

Remember to bring photo identification and insurance cards.

Pre-registration is available to scheduled surgical patients and those planning to have their babies at our Birth Center.
