Our Mission is to provide compassionate care for the aging population of Ashland and Southern Oregon. We are here to provide full service Primary Care Medicine to our patients.

Hours

Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm

If you are an established patient of the ACH Center for Internal Medicine, a provider is accessible on call 24 hours a day to address any urgent care needs that occur outside of regular business hours.  If hospitalization is needed, patients are referred to the Ashland Community Hospital hospitalist physician or the emergency room.
